How can I make a booking?

1) Check availability: Contact us to check availability of your chosen tour or your personalised tour dates.

2) Booking Conditions: Please read our Booking Conditions below.

3) Booking Form & Deposit: Upon tour availability complete a Booking Form and pay applicable deposit, on receipt of your completed Booking Form and paid deposit you will receive confirmation of your place on your chosen tour.

4) Final Payment:  12 weeks prior to the date of your chosen tour full and final payment will be due.

Booking Conditions

Pricing Policy:  All prices are in Australian Dollars based on per person (twin share), with a minimum group of 4+ persons.  A supplementary fee may apply for groups of less than 4 persons.

Deposit: A place will be secured on receipt of 25% of the total price of your chosen tour payable at the time of booking.

Final Payment: Full and final payment is due 12 weeks prior to the start date of your chosen tour.

Single Person: As a single person customer you will be required to pay the additional single person/room supplement fee.  Unless in the circumstances that you wish to share your room with another same sex single person that may also be booked for the same tour.

Payment Method: All prices are shown in Australian Dollar currency and payment is required in Australian Dollar currency.  How To Pay:

By Electronic Funds Transfer: Payment can be made by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) directly from your bank to our bank, include the invoice number as the bank transfer reference number and email the EFT remittance advice to info@practicebicycle.com.

By Mail: Payment can be made by Australian cheque or International money order made payable to PRACTICEBICYCLE.COM and sent to:

Currency Fluctuation: Tour prices are subject to increase if there is a movement of over 10% in the exchange rate between the purchasing currency and Australian Dollar. Please note that prices quoted have been calculated on the A$ being equal to 0.58 Euro.

Cancellation Policy: If for some reason you have to cancel your tour, please notify us in writing and then the following cancellation charges will apply, should practicebicycle.com not be able to offer you an alternative tour;

More than 6 weeks before arrival date: loss of deposit.
6 - 3 weeks before arrival date: 50% of total payment.
Less than 3 weeks before arrival date: 100% of total payment.

Insurance: Personal Travel Insurance is compulsory for all participants; you are required to take adequate travel insurance covering accident, personal injury, loss of luggage and cancellation.

Liability: practicebicycle.com are not liable for personal injury, death, damage to property or other loss whether arising from accident, cancellations, delays or any other matter beyond our control.

Changes: practicebicycle.com reserves the right at any time to substitute alternative accommodation or to make any other alterations or changes to the advertised itinerary which become necessary due to circumstances beyond their control and undertake to inform participants as soon as possible. Where additional costs are involved these must be borne by the participants.

Participant: We strongly recommend a visit to your doctor to ascertain that you have good health and fitness to participate in your cycling holiday.  It is a condition of your tour that an approved bicycle helmet must be worn while cycling and that you ride within your capabilities, abide by local road laws and behave in an appropriate manner at all times.  practicebicycle.com encourages the use of a Heart Rate Monitor whilst cycling in order to fully enjoy and maintain correct and safe health benefits from your holiday.
